You are the reason I’m holding myself accountable. I am hoping to be your real-life, brutally honest, Fat-to-Fit story.
Every year for the last 6 years I have GAINED 20-40lbs and every year for the last 6 years I have lost 10-30lbs. It’s not my healthiest habit, to say the least.
Since I want this blog to be about physical AND mental health, I need to spin my 6 year yo-yo cycle into a positive: I have 6 years of experience learning why I (and many others) gain weight and I have 6 years of research and learnings about how to lose weight.
